I love the beautiful selenite bracelet & I do keep it in my bra o sometimes on my wrist. The tumble crystal I put on my nightstand while I sleep and in my pocket during the day and I feel that they do calm ☺️ me down.!
The bracelet is beautiful but I have a small wrist and it sits too low. I bought 2, one for my mother but her wrist is even smaller so she can’t wear it.
