I've always been a fan of crystals, and have several different bracelets. Their beads are a bit smaller than your bracelet, so while there's been a bit of of an adjustment period, I've gotten used to it. I have found I'm falling asleep easier and sleeping for longer periods of time (even tho I do not have the bracelet on), and feel generally calmer. Your packaging along with the personalized note was a pleasant surprise too!
My intention has been to work on self-love. They made this a wee bit larger for my larger wrist and I love wearing it! It's beautiful and reminds me to be kind to myself.
